ABOUT IAN STANISTREET

During my career as a Chartered Surveyor, I have had considerable experience in the acquisition, disposal, management and valuation of commercial and residential property. I have specialised in Landlord & Tenant matters including lease renewals and rent reviews, acting on behalf of landlords and tenants. I also have much experience in the management of commercial and residential property, including residential block management. I was instrumental in establishing one of the leading specialist firms in this area of property management.
Since 1989, I have been a partner of a nationwide firm of Chartered Surveyors including four years as Chairman. Being a partner and Chairman has resulted in me gaining vast experience in the running of a business, including dealing with finance, HR and the ever-increasing compliance issues such as GDPR and Anti-Money Laundering.
